Capability 02

Human factors in aviation

We connect behaviour, organisation and operational context to strengthen decisions, culture and learning.

The matter

Procedures are essential, but they do not fully explain how people decide under workload, uncertainty or pressure. Leadership, communication, fatigue, culture and organisational design shape safety and learning. Analysis must avoid simple blame and focus on the system.

How we intervene

01

Organisational diagnosis

We examine practices, interfaces, communication, leadership and relevant working conditions.

02

Human factors analysis

We identify systemic contributors and patterns that affect decisions and performance.

03

Culture and leadership

We design actions to reinforce just culture, learning and safety conversations.

04

Applied learning

We develop workshops and tools linked to the operator's real situations.
